5. To the extent permitted by law, Wthink may provide the promised warranty service in the form of repair, replacement or return at its own choice.

6. Please be sure to back up or retrieve the information, data and programs that you think are valuable before accepting the service. Wthink and its certification service agencies are only responsible for the maintenance and testing of the products, and it is inconvenient to provide any data recovery and backup within the scope of the service specified in the commitment. Wthink and its certification services are not responsible for damage or loss of information, data, programs or storage media and for direct or indirect losses (such as equipment downtime, data loss, etc.)

7. Wthink is not responsible for the warranty of all non-Wthink components installed by any organization or person (such as a seller). 8.  After the replacement of the whole machine and parts provided by Wthink and its certification body, the original machine or faulty parts will be recovered by Wthink or its certification body and enjoy the ownership. 9. For the service beyond the scope of commitment, or the service outside the warranty period, Wthink provides relevant service products to meet your needs, specific matters can consult Wthink service hotline.

10. In order to meet your higher level of personalized service needs, you can choose to purchase different types of "service products" to upgrade the standard service of the hardware products you purchased, and enjoy more comprehensive Wthink professional services.

 

11. The following conditions are not covered by the warranty:

1) Products without Wthink logo (equipment serial number, component serial number);

2) The user secretly modifies and replaces the logo and part number of Wthink products;

3) The whole machine or parts of the product have exceeded the warranty period;

4) Failure caused by forgetting various passwords;

5) Failure or damage caused by the use of pirated or other unauthorized software or unpublished software;

6) Due to careless infection of computer viruses or other malicious software, illegal intrusion caused by failure;

7) Failure caused by misoperation and destruction of random configuration software system (such as BIOS Settings, COMS Settings, etc.);

8) Failure or damage caused by the use of non-Wthink original parts;

9) Failure or damage caused by installation, repair, alteration, addition of parts or disassembly by non-Wthink authorized organizations or personnel;

10) Natural consumption, wear and aging of consumable materials (batteries, enclosures, connector parts, etc.);

11) Failure or damage caused by the working environment that is not specified by Wthink products (such as temperature and humidity too high or too low, humidity, high pH environmental conditions, power supply system voltage instability, no good grounding, electromagnetic interference, static interference, input inappropriate voltage, etc.);

12) Failure or damage caused by natural disasters and other force majeure (such as lightning strikes, fires, earthquakes, etc.);

13) Other failures apparently caused by accidents or human causes (such as dust accumulation, liquid injection, external impact, transportation, handling, extrusion, wear, fall, incorrect insertion, etc.).
