3) If the product information recorded in the warranty certificate does not match or there are false records, the product will not be guaranteed;

4) Failure caused by disassembly, repair and modification of the product without authorization of our company

Warranty period definition

Valid warranty certificate:

Includes: 1, product warranty card 2, valid purchase invoice 3, product bar code 4, legal purchase and sales contract/packaging.

1) Product warranty card must contain: dealer name, product name, model, product machine number, date of purchase;

Warranty period calculation:

4.DOA replacement needs accessories and complete packaging (based on the packing list), otherwise the conditions of replacement commitment cannot be met.
